Diana Martín’s group is presenting 9 communications at the International Congress Insects to Feed the World

The conference was held in Turin (Italy). Organized by the University of Torino.

This congress is the most important global scientific and professional event focused on the development and application of insects as sustainable sources of protein for food and feed. The congress brings together researchers, industry representatives, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss the latest advances in insect production, processing technologies, nutritional aspects, safety, sustainability, and regulatory challenges. Through scientific sessions, presentations, and networking activities, the event promotes knowledge exchange and collaboration between academia and industry, supporting innovation and the development of insect-based solutions within the future food system.
