Luis Vázquez y Diana Martín attended the International Conference on Innovations in Alternative Proteins, which took place in Valencia (Spain). The conference was organised by the CYTED Prot-Alt (Proteínas alternativas de recursos iberoamericanos: una opción sostenible y saludable).

The objective of participation was to disseminate the results obtained within different research projects of the team in the field of edible insects, contributing to knowledge exchange and scientific communication. Additionally, the event provided an opportunity to establish and strengthen collaborations through B2B meetings with companies, promoting networking activities and exploring potential opportunities for innovation and technology transfer.
