The 34th International Conference of the Functional Food Center took place at CIAL (Food Science Research Center), on the latest scientific discoveries, technologies, and methodologies for creating new ingredients and foods.
The team presented the DiBaN project as the poster “Development of ingredients from edible insects to address type 2 diabetes: DiBaN Project” and also was awarded with the prize to the Best Poster for the communication presented as “Bioactive extracts from edible insects and its potentiation by feeding with quinoa husk”
