Mónica R. García-Risco

She joined the UAM Food Science and Technology Group In 2002. Her research focuses on the extraction, purification, and characterization of bioactive compounds using various “green” technologies, has co-authored over 60 scientific publications and contributed to transfer activities through 6 patents. She lectures in the Food Science and Technology degree and in the Master in Novel Foods of the Science Faculty of UAM.
